Dear %%FULLNAME%%,

Currently we've experienced some short downtime at nights (3-4AM GMT -4) for 5 minutes. We've been trying to fix this issue for over three weeks, without success. In order to provide real 100% Uptime as it has been our past months, we will be scheduling a Server Re-Install on Sunday 2AM GMT -4. This server maintenance will take around 45 minutes, to have the server completely re-installed. After that we will have to Install cPanel, Anti-virus, Firewall and all the other security measures we must take. Our maintenace window is 2-3 Hours (if not less). We have all the data backed up on a Slave Drive and before the Re-install (12AM GMT -4) we will run the Update, to have our accounts updated at the moment of the restore.
All Accounts should be back to normal and working as it has been for the past months, please let me know if you have any questions nor concerns about this. In the moment of the OS Re-install you will not be able to Surf your Website, Check e-mail or visit your control panel. Until we restore your account, you will not be able to login.
I will now point our Most asked questions when this type of Maintenance is realized.
IF someone sends me an email, will I still get it even if the server hasn't restored my account?
* If someone, let's say Yahoo sends you an email you will still receive it, however. It will not be instant, when Yahoo Mail server connects to our server to ask for your e-mail account and our server responds with a delivery failure, Yahoo or anyother e-mail system (Hotmail, MSN, Comcast, etc...) will try again each 3 hours for a period of 72 Hours.
Will my MySQL Databases, Forums, e-mail account, Subdomains, Addon Domains stay the same as they where before the maintenance?
Everything, should be restored as it was at 12AM on the day of the restore (Sunday). However, we encourage you to backup your data, on the control panel you can create and download your account backup.
* If you need assistance on this, please contact me personally with the details that are on the bottom.
* I would also like to inform, that our forums will be hosted on a secondary server, and that the forum data will be migrated to that server (this will occur in december - jan). In case the server where it is hosted has any sort of problems, our customers will have a place to discuss. I also encourage you to register in the forums if you haven't done it yet. Our Forums are www.NavigatorIS.ORG where the problem was originaly reported by a costumer (http://navigatoris.org/index.php?topic=82.0)
If you have any problems, let me know. My e-mail is francisco* AT navigatoris.us (hosted on mainstream - please use secondary).
My Secondary e-mail address is francisco.mazzeo AT gmail.com my AIM (AOL INSTANT MESSENGER) screename is "navigatorishelp" Yahoo is "navigatorhelp" and MSN support* AT navigatoris.net
