If you are trying to print any e-mails from Microsoft Outlook Express and you get:
You can fix it by:
1. Close Outlook Express
2. Click Start > Run
3. Then type (without quotes) "regsvr32 ole32.dll" and hit "OK"
4. Re-start Outlook Express and your problem should be solved.
Tested on Windows XP SP2.
