I had been trying to find a solution to this problem for weeks. I would open my Outlook Express and try to print an email and I would get this "runtime error" And then "Line 1343", then "unspecified error". Then it would ask me if I wanted to DeBug. It didn't matter if I hit yes or no, I still couldn't print my email. I went to Microsoft.com and various other "computer geek" websites looking for a solution to this problem. I did a google on it and came up with several websites stating the exact problem, with people writing into forums about the problem, but no solution was ever offered. I contacted my friend who is an IT specialist with a degree in Software Engineering from a prominent university in the US and has his own business fixing company networking systems that have problems, and he couldn't come up with a solution.
