Hello,
We have migrated our helpdesk to a much better, stable, reliable system. We used osTicket before we setup this one, however. osTicket has a serious security vulnerability that has been patched in our servers (by upgrading php, and fantastico). We decided, however. To get a better software to support our clients, and we decided to buy eSupport (helpdesk name) for us. You can access it on https://navigatoris.net/support/ Everything should be running smoothly as it was with the old setup, but this time it's better ![]() I will be working later this week on adding articles to the knowledge base, I am also a beta tester for Kayako and we might get a beta of the new SupportWorkz system that is helpdesk + live chat in one product. |
