Hello,

We have rebooted mainstream.navigatoris.us and it hasn't came online, 3 minutes have past since then, we are requesting a manual reboot for such server.

One of the hard-disks is about to fail (die), it seems like the server wasn't able to start up due to this 'warning', the server is initializing now.

We will be doing an emergency maintenance if we need tonight to remplace the failing drive.

The primary drive is the one that's failing... We will need to do an emergency maintence and I am taking care of the schedule for it right now.

We don't want our customers to loose any data, but we want to do this maintenance with the lowest possible downtime. Since we have to take the box down for the copy and all.

Backups are being made as we speak... All services has been shut down on that server to prevent any new data (such as e-mails) to be received.

Once the server is back online all the pending e-mails will be delivered.

Backups done, server is taken off the rack for the replace of the broken hard-drive with a new one.

After it's installed on the machine, the OS will have to be re-installed.

Server is currently online. I am in the process of restoring accounts, the biggest accounts (over 1GB will be the last ones to be restored) I am restoring all the small accounts first (below 250MB).

Some sites are already up, like Mr.Angel's site www.giatica.info

What is your site so I can tell you once it's done?
