Semi-Managed (Scranton)Servers Only
MaTriX Internet Solutions provide the Semi-Management for the Scranton Servers (Per-Request), the Following is the Policy (So,you know what covers and what not):
Server Management Includes:
The following Services are Included in MaTriX Internet Solutions Managed Support:
1.Monitoring: MaTriX Internet Solutions Will Monitor: FTP, SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, Terminal Services, etc….
2. OS Upgrades and Patches.
3. Support in Cpanel/WHM Issues.
4. Free OS Reinstall if the Hardware Fail's or Restore.
5. Hardware Failure: If a Server Hardware fails the it will be Replace it free of charge.
6. CPanel™-installed 3rd party software (ie: proftpd, pureftpd, mailman, agora). MaTriX Internet Solutions™ will not provide support regarding CPanel™ 3rd party software, or any of its’ 3rd party software inclusions, regarding issues of software bugs or failure, and such issues should be brought to the attention of the software vendors directly for support.
Does not Include
The following services are not included in MaTriX Internet Solutions™ managed support, however, are available as “Abnormal Support” billed at a rate of $65/hour:
1. Non-supported operating system installation/configuration/troubleshooting.
2. Operating system reinstallation, for reasons other than failed hardware or hacked/compromised software.
3. Custom software installation: MaTriX Internet Solutions™ may, at their discretion, assist with custom 3rd party software installation; however, the software will not be supported past installation.
4. Upgrading hard drives to a different size or type of drive, requiring the transfer of data and/or operating system and software re-installation.
5. Any and all work performed for non-managed and/or co-location clients.
