For all our Valued Customers, every time you send an Email to Support @ mtxis.net automatically a Support Ticket is Created on our HelpDesk (http://help.mtxis.net) You should receive an Email once the Ticket is Created and Once a Reply is Posted. You can also create a Support ticket without Sending an Email, just log into the HelpDesk, also please when you send an Email use the Email you used when you registered so the HelpDesk will show in what server and IP are you Located.
