Default content management platforms

Has anyone had any experience with Drupal? It sounds like a good content management system that would fit my needs for my site but I would like some recommendations before I install it. Also, does anyone have any recommendations on other content management platforms? Thanks for your help in advance.

Thanks, I'll definitely look into e107. I looked through the official site and could not find any true features documentation. A few quick questions, is it possible to convert phpBB to the e107 forums? If so, will people be able to just keep their normal logins and not have to register for both parts of the site? I am still waiting for my site to get more popular but when it does, I do not want to force everyone to reregister. Last question, can I use e107 to have parts of the site that are only accessable to certain groups or am I able to create particular groups so that only those people can modify content / post in that part of the site? Thanks for your help in advance.

1. Yup, there's this handy plugin made for e107 to transfer all phpbb users, polls, bans, topics etc. to the e107 database..You can download it @ http://e107coders.org/download.php?view.570

2. Yep

P.S.: Backup your phpbb's database first before using that transfer plugin!
P.S.S.: Check http://e107coders.org/ for plugins, there are some very nice one's wich make e107 even more perfect
