What it seems but difficult to me is:

since I do not have my domain hosted in Navigatoris, I must make this change in the site in where I have hosted my domain?

Hello,

You would need to have MANAGED DNS Service from us. You can buy it even if you don't host your domain with us.

If you open a support ticket with us after you change your domain DNS's to our managed dns servers, then we will be able to add the MX records to Gmail for you.

Allowing you to use their services of e-mail @yourdomain.com

The problem is that the "Gmail four your domain" service, internal mailing list only allows add for domain specific addresses to be included in your domain only, not external mail addresses.
