NEC Wants a Big Schlong, Too, Announces 25.5-Inch LCD Monitor
 If those huge 30-inch LCDs from Dell, Apple and HP are just too much for you, here's a 25.5-inch widescreen LCD display just announced by NEC that might just fit in the sweet spot. The NEC LCD2690WUXi has a 1920x1200 screen with an 800:1 contrast ratio, and hey, you can plug HDTV sources into it because it has HDCP ((High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) compatibility, passing through any signals encumbered with that evil DRM.This is one nice-looking monitor; it looks lot like this exquisite Dell 24-inch 2407WFP widescreen flat panel (see my review) right here in front of me. You gotta love this NEC's thin bezel and those controls on the bottom corner.
