Default ViewSonic debuts 3 new "bigger, faster and sleeker" widescreen LCDs

In another foray into the never-ending LCD spec bump war, ViewSonic just threw down 3 new widescreens of the LCD variety for your desktop enjoyment. There's plenty to love here, not least of which is price: the 19, 20 and 22-inchers go for $199, $349 and $399 respectively. The specs ain't too shabby either, with 5ms response times all round, and 1680 x 1050 resolutions in the larger displays, with a 1440 x 900 19-incher holding up the low end. The 22 and 19-inch displays, VX2235wm and VX1935wm, have 700:1 contrast ratios, while the 20-inch VX2035wm hits 800:1. The two smaller displays sport 300 nits of brightness, while the larger one manages 280 nits, and all the displays are privy to stereo speakers, newly designed thin bezels, and integrated power supplies. Not bad at all for the price, and while we're not exactly sure when these go on sale, we're guessing you can nab one soon.
