Sharp Japan has developed a pretty nice digital camera small enough for cellphones. This digicam has a 5-megapixel CCD and also includes 3x optical zoom, somehow. Pogue may say megapixel number is a bunch of hoo-hah, but I don't care as long as my new cellphones can take good voyeuristic shots of the hotties at the mall. Yeah, I'm creepy, got a problem with it? The initial pricing for this camera is around the $172 range, so the price of cellphones will be going up, again. – Travis Hudson Aptly, Sharp debuts 5-megapixel camera for cell phones [Sci Fi] |
