Script Error Problems

I keep getting this message:

Error: You must make the template file (/comment/template.php) writable.

its for a comment box for people to post comments.. I dont understand what to do..

Alright, this isn't a server related issue but it's a configuration issue on the part of the website owner

Anyhow, I need to know what you are trying to do, and what is the script you are using so I can investigate this.

*HINT: CHMOD to 777 the file template.php inside /comment/ folder on your site and should be fixed

yea, the comment/template.php CHMOD is 777 already..but the script is a comment script..heres the place I downloaded it from..its all in a zip with the info on how to set it up

You chmod'd the Folder as well to 777?

Explain how you fixed it, maybe some people will find it useful.
