Default Cpanel access rights
Is it possible to give limited access rights to my CPanel to multiple people?

I set someone up with a subdomain and now he needs access to the mySQL database. Is it possible for him to access his mySQL database without logging into CPanel?

No. Only one username/password is the one able to access your account(s). If you plan on hosting other sites and want cpanel you will have to order another hosting account or upgrade to a reseller plan where you can create cPanel accounts.
