Default Trouble with addon doamin

OK, I think i got it, I tried again and it kind of worked, but I got this error, in fact here is everything I got back:
----------------------------
The subdomain, matt.abcwd.com has been added.

Sorry, you are not allowed to park common domains. 65.254.49.203,65.254.49.204
Bind reconfiguring on mainstream using rndc Error reconfiguring bind on mainstream: rndc: connect failed: connection refused
Created DNS entry for rosendaul.com

Setup Mail forward rosendaul.com -> matt.abcwd.com
Setup rosendaul.com OK
Adding httpd.conf entry for rosendaul.com to point to matt.abcwd.com
Syncing Ftp Databases....Done
----------------------------
What is that error all about?

Ok,

I might have fixed this issue, please delete the domain you added and re-add it, and try again. Please also know that domain propigation processes take at the least 24 hours.
