Please use promper support meanings for emergencies such as these.
Send an Emergency ticket to Dedicated Servers department with the subject that applies in your case is "Server Down". Our ticket system is located http://navigatoris.net/support/ The server wasn't booting with the default kernel, so we used an older one and it booted up correctly.
