Intermittent (but frequent) cpanel issues
Hi,
Website working fine, but I cannot get into cpanel. Apparently the server is taking too long to respond. This is a farily frequent problem. What's the story... it's very annoying! www.batesbryanwedding.com Thanks, TB

Hi!
Are you using www.batesbryanwedding.com/cpanel to login or http://batesbryanwedding.com:2082 ? Try the second option if you haven't yet, see if it happens again, I think there's a cpanel bug on the build we're running, on the weekend we will update all cPanel servers. We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Francisco

FYI; You can send support tickets and mark it as "Emergency" or "Critical" and send it to the Support Department of our helpdesk, someone will take care of it and fix cPanel issues if I am not around. Okay, my bad! It was the corporate router after all. I think they changed it over the last few days, as I have occassionally had access. Please disregard all of the above while I hang my head in shame!
