I cannot connect to any of my subdomains or parked domains with my FTP program.. I'm guessing a setting changed with the upgrade? The error I get is:
USER blahblahstuff@d4nz.net 331 User blahblahstuff@d4nz.net OK. Password required PASS (hidden) 421 Home directory not available - aborting And then yeah.. just quits after that.. is there something I need to change on my FTP settings? d4nz.net FTP works fine.. I have not touched anything on my cpanel to possibly cause this.. Any suggestions? |

When we transfered the data between the old server and the new server the Home directories (where the sites are located) where changed, since the new Dual Xeon server has two hard disk drives. I partitioned the Second hard drive as /home2/, and on the old server there was no /home2/ it was /home/. What you can try is the following, since the ftp configuration file still thinks /home/ is the dir...: 1) Backup the folder (/public_html/thisfolderhasftp/) 2) Delete the FTP Account 3) Recreate it It should work. Thank you for your Business, Have a nice day. |

I know
It wouldn't have been as bad if it didn't take me 8 tries for each FTP account and about an hour or more to transfer from FTP to my comp, lol..But then I found out when you delete an FTP account it doesn't delete the folder.. and it's fixed now.. so it's all good |
