Addon Domains
When you go to a folder in an addon domain (mydomain1 in an addon domain and mymaindomain is the main domain my account is under) like http://mydomain1.com/homepage it will show up as http://submydoamin1.mymaindomain.com/homepage showing the subdomain path instead of http://mydomain1.com/homepage.
I think this just started after your new server was up.
