Thanx for looking into this, it's not a big problem, my sites up when people are up, it's just that i'm usually trying to do my web design work @ 11pm my time and that's the same time it seems to screw up. Everytime this happens I worry that you might be going out of business or something like that and I really don't want that to happen. I really love that service that I get from you!!

Currently, I'm trying to narrow the problems with cPanel Support team. They have slow responses so I'm trying to get help on the IRC Channel at this moment. However, if this happends again please check if you can visit the webmail (http://65.254.49.202:2095) and cPanel (http://65.254.49.202:2082) and should work, since the logs only reports Apache (webserver) as the failing one, Webmail, cPanel, Anti-virus, Domain name Servers and eMail servers, including frontpage seem to be online when that happends. So it's most probably only an Apache issue. As I said early, I'm trying to fix this as soon as possible, however. I need to get in touch with the cPanel Developers so we can see if there's any dependency unmet that is making the server to fail. Thank you for your Patience, it is really appreciated. |
