email down AGAIN
fancisco, i've talked to you on AIM about this 2 other times before but i'm having a reoccuring problem - the incoming email goes down and i cannot receive email and it gets bounced back to the sender HOWEVER i can send out.* i cannot have this problem happening every-other week!* please reply to this, my email, the account's email, or my AIM As Soon As Possible.

Hello,
As I have just responded to you in your email that you sent me, I'm currently having problems with my Phone line and DSL, hence I do not have internet. I have to come while they fix this to an internet cafe to check my email and see what things I need to do for the business. The problem is that you seem to be the only one having issues with this as another 80 clients and myself (personal email) I get no problems. I will be back online hopefully on Friday/Saturday (max) and I will schedule a server re-install at 4AM if needed. Regards, Francisco Quote:

There seems to be an issue with Spam Assasin on your inbox. I have disabled it and now the account normally works. Keep it disabled until I can hear back from cPanel of this.
I have changed the password on your Dad´s account, please set it back to what it was. Take care and thank you for your business

Sorry for the lack of timely responses this week, I have had a problem with my phone company and DSL provider (Same company), they came today and fixed my line. And I'm now back online.
