Some ISP's block certain webpages, using a firewall, or simply aren't reliable.
In that case, we can configure our Windows XP (or anyother windows however this how-to is based on WinXP). To use Non-Default DNS servers that would in some cases work better than your ISP ones.
Please note that the servers on the images in this How-to are fictitious meaning they don't exist. I won't publish our DNS Servers, however. if you are a customer of us, feel free to ask us what addresses to use and we will gladly help you.
First you have to:
Click Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet connections > Network Connections > Local Area Connection (or whatever you use to connect to the Internet, can be USB, another device...) > Select Properties of the device > Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) > Properties > General > Use the following DNS Addresses and you are set.
